Newfield Lioness Club

The Newfield Lioness Club is a nonprofit organization that was sponsored by the Newfield Lions Club in November of 1980.  Our goal is to help people in our community with eye and hearing problems.  We also help the Newfield community by donating all of our funds back to the community.

We hold several fundraisers throughout the year.  Below is a list of some of our donations and functions:

a)       Provide a scholarship to a graduating senior, to help with college expenses

b)       Send a child from our area, to the Empire State Speech and Hearing Clinic in Spencer.  This is a 6-week learning camp for children with disabilities.

c)        Provide for eye exams and/ or eyeglasses for Newfield residents in need.

d)       Road clean up

e)        Easter bunny breakfast and pictures with the Easter bunny

f)         Holiday Craft fair and pictures with Santa

g)       Newfield Rec. program

h)       Risk watch program at the school

i)          Good neighbor program

j)    Free dinner for Newfield Seniors

j)          Newfield and West Danby Fire Companies
